It's a must do experience for visitors to the Cape, walk up the mountain (if you have the stamina?), meet the able and willing team at the top, they quickly provide the necessary safety briefing and fit the harnesses etc. Within minutes you're safely walking down to the start point and literally hanging off the top of Table Mountain, Lions Head and Camps bay far below and calmly, confidently, encouraged to remove one's hands from the ropes, lay back, 45 deg angle and smile for the camera! How cool is that? Dropping down the side of the cliff is quite some experience that won't disappoint, as NIKE says, "Just Do It", a lovely walk up and around the side from the landing point is the added bonus! An awesome experience. I am not too fond of heights and it does look scary but definitely exhilarating. An experience that I am still talking about with friends and family today. One of the best things to do on Table Mountain. An iconic location, breathtaking views. The hike back up Table Mountain was in itself a great experience. If abseiling has caught your interest don't hesitate and just book it. You won't be disappointed. I would do it again but this time with a go-pro camera to capture the experience in real time. The staff are friendly knowledge and have safety at the forefront of their minds. A staff member is at the top giving instructions and are in radio control with staff at the bottom who is also in contact and you're in view. They can easily intervene to help you should it be needed, however the equipment they use is so good and safe I don't think this would be needed. Book it and enjoy. - Omar

A very well run operation. The only difficulty that I had was knowing where to meet your team. I subsequently discovered that the is a video showing this. It would be helpful if there was a lin to this in you emails - John
